Viewer screen
Can be any size but bear in mind the larger the screen the larger the image size the slower the download time.
Above is an example of a virtual tour, everything will
be tailored to suit the clients specification.
Background colours can match your corporate colours, or contain an image or a
logo.
The tour wil be linked to your website by simply clicking a
button.
The size of the viewer screen can be changed but please bear
in mind that the larger the screen the larger the image must be thus resulting
in a slower download speed. As more and more people have broadband connections
that is becoming less important but that said you do not want to alienate those clients who still have a dial up connection.
The tours are published in 2 formats – java and active X.
Most people will have java already installed so there is no need to download
any software in order to view the images and because of the smaller viewing
screen size used will result in faster download speeds ( more suitable for dial
up connections ).
Active X requires a plug in to view, this is already installed on most windows operating software such as windows
XP. As over 90% of people use windows this again limits the amount of people
who will have to download any software. Active X allows larger and better
quality images to be viewed.
