Browser security settings

If you are experiencing problems in viewing it may be that the security settings on you browser are the cause.
For example in microsoft explorer go to tools tab, internet options, security tab, custom level then check boxes to allow active x and java to play. You can choose whether you want to prompted ( recommended ) before allowing them to play.

Java

Almost all computers will have the java virtual machine already installed but if not click here to download.

Active X

Microsoft explorer already has this installed but there are various plugins for other browsers if they do not have it installed already. Go to any search engine to find the plug in for your browser.
